If you have any concerns, the first person you should speak to is your Supervisor. You can also reach out to the HR Manager or any person in the Senior Management team. Remember, all conversations are strictly confidential.
If you do not wish to speak to anyone in the organisation, we have a third party HR consultant that can be contacted on (08)3411224 or confidential@HRConsultants.com.au. This third party organisation will then work with you to find a way forward with your consent.
